INTRODUCTION
Arivest Cooperative and Multipurpose society aims to be among the best cooperatives in Africa with the model for growth to incorporate structures that will improve the value and well-being of our members.
In this context, the Cooperative consistently strives to achieve the best value and quality for its members while simultaneously ensuring financial stability and profitability. This pursuit has prompted a thorough evaluation of the assets and resources at the Cooperative’s disposal, leading to their optimization.
The Real Estate department in collaboration with Aridan Homes Investment and Aridan Construction helps provide industry-based assessments to the Cooperative to protect and guide the decisions of the CMC on projects and also to develop and deliver projects at the best value and quality to members.
FRAMEWORK
Our existing framework is designed to involve the most qualified experts in the industry for all projects, ensuring timely and budget-conscious execution. We will work with reputable contractors and consultants who have the essential experience and are certified by the appropriate regulatory bodies. These professionals will have individual and firm certifications from recognized organizations and will be acknowledged by relevant international entities. We will also give due diligence the attention it warrants. Proper contract documentation and management will be established. Furthermore, we are pursuing funding from both domestic and international avenues at the most favorable rates to achieve an optimal financial structure.
PROJECTS
Here we use Aridan construction and Aridan Homes development to generate income and cater to the needs of our esteemed cooperators. We currently have 4 residential estates under construction:
- Emerson Parks and Garden Estate, located in lala bus stop, along the Lagos-Abeokuta expressway, Ogun State.
- Brentwood Gardens, located at Siun close, Asipa Town, Abeokuta-Ogun State.
- Miami Gardens, located at Awowo Town, Lagos-Abeokuta Expressway, Ogun State.
- Miami Gardens Extension, located at Awowo Town, Lagos-Abeokuta Expressway, Ogun State.
- Greenfields Estate, located at Eti’Afa Elerangbe, Ibeju-Lekki, Lagos State.
These estates will have the following amenities: A soccer pitch, Universal Court (Volleyball/Badminton), a Basketball court, Children’s playground, A restaurant, Shopping mall and A gym.
We are developing residential buildings such as 3-bedroom bungalows, 2-bedroom bungalows in Emersons Parks and Gardens. Also, at Brentwood Gardens, we are developing mass housing development. This will help tackle the ever-challenging accommodation issues in the state and generate income for the Cooperative.
